What is Move Concierge?
Move Concierge is a dedicated concierge service that plans and manages clients' entire moving process on behalf of real estate agents. It handles all move-related logistics including utilities setup, internet, movers, cleaners, mail forwarding, insurance, and more—allowing agents to provide a five-star client experience without doing extra work.
What does the concierge do?
Real people handle move logistics including utilities, bins, mail, and movers. They answer client questions, coordinate details, and speak 12 languages. Support doesn't end at closing—it continues long after. This saves you approximately 4 hours per deal while saving your clients 40 hours and $1,200.
How much does Move Concierge cost?
$149 per client who takes advantage of the service. You only pay when a client actively uses the service.
Can I pick and choose which clients get this service?
We contact all qualified clients automatically. Land-only and commercial properties don't qualify. You don't need to manage the list. Best part: you only pay for clients who use the service. If a specific client needs to opt out based on their situation, just let us know and we'll remove them at no charge.
Will my clients see my branding?
Yes. The client app and marketing materials are co-branded with your name, brokerage, and professionalism front and center, keeping you top of mind throughout their journey.
Can I use my preferred partners?
Your preferred partners come first. When you share them with us, we recommend them to your clients alongside our own, so your clients always have options and feel taken care of.
When will the concierge contact my client?
Your client's concierge calls them within 24-48 hours to discuss their move. If the concierge cannot reach your client, they'll book them for a call at a different time or day. Clients also receive email and text reminders to book a call if they haven't connected yet.
What services does the concierge discuss with my client?
When we onboard you, you can let us know which services you'd like us to offer your clients. During the concierge call, we discuss applicable services based on your client's situation; including gas and electricity setup or transfer, municipal services for water and sewer, mail keys, waste bin delivery, internet and TV, home security, home insurance quotes, moving company services, cleaning services for both the old and new home, and other move-related needs.
How will Move Concierge help me keep in touch with my clients after possession?
Our stay-in-touch program keeps the relationship warm long after possession day with ongoing digital touchpoints that keep you top of mind when your clients' friends and family are ready to buy or sell. And your clients are never on their own. The concierge stays with them through the move and beyond, ready to help with anything that comes up as they settle into their new home.
Will I get updates on my client's progress?
Yes. You'll receive weekly email updates about your client's progress throughout their journey until possession day or until the concierge has completed all services, tasks, and requests even after possession.
